Schedule Production Daily Testing

Time Commitment: 10 mins per day for at least 5 days
User: Production Manager

During Schedule Production Daily Testing you will focus on Scheduling Production, Printing Work Orders, Closing Production and Posting Production.

To complete Schedule Production Daily Testing:

Step 1 - Schedule Production:

1. Open FlexiBake
2. Navigate to the Production Centre.
3. Press the Schedule Production button.
4. Drag and drop products from the Required grid onto the Calendar.
   • Use the Auto-Schedule recipes option for one item.
   • Manually schedule the product and each recipe for another item.
5. Double click on Date Header in the Calendar to view detailed requirements.
6. Click Close.

Step 2 - Print Work Orders:

• Navigate to Production.
• Click Print Work Orders… and view the work orders available for the day to ensure accuracy.
• Click Close.

Step 3 - Closing Production:

• Navigate to Production.
• Double click on each recipe or product, Auto-Allocate raw materials and WIPs.
  • If there isn’t enough inventory, either do a IA Slip take-on (making sure to post) or purchase the raw materials in the Purchases centre and receive them in the Shipping centre.

Step 4 - Posting Production:

• Navigate to Production.
• Post production at the end of the day.
