Hey there, FlexiBakers! We've been busy in the FlexiBake development kitchen, not quite covered in flour (though sometimes it feels like it), cooking up a fresh new version for you. This release has a balanced mix of fixes and improvements, including snazzy new looks for some of our favourite spots in the program

New and Updated Features

A new look for Schedule Production

One of our favourite tools deserved to get some attention, so we gave it a clean new look. 

Wondering where your reports went? You can find them in the new Print Reports pop-up, which allows you to select multiple reports to preview, or print directly to your default printer.

The reports available to be selected will change depending on the calendar view currently set. The Baker's Sheet report, Production Worksheet report and Combined Production Worksheets report are only available for the 1 day view option. 

A new look for Enter Production and Plan Production

We couldn't let Enter Production get jealous, so it has a fresh new feel too!

Now, quantities scheduled that exceed the requirement will be shown in bold green text to standout from the rest of the grid, while quantities scheduled that do not meet the requirement will be shown in their usual red.

Plan Production also got a makeover:

The report that you know and love can now be found in the Reports drop-down:

A new look for Maintain Credit Notes

We figured Maintain Credit Notes could also use a new look:

While we were here, we swapped the 'Next' Period filters (next week, next month, next year) for 'Last' filters so that you can easily select filters for past dates:

A new look for Maintain Payments

Maintain Payments also got some spiffing up:

Renamed "Packing List" button in Sales Order to "Packing Slip"

We did this to match the name on the report itself and avoid any confusion with the Packing List report available in the Production Centre

Bug Fixes

Fixed cosmetic overlap in Generate Route Delivery Slips

Companies who had crates defined in Activities > Shipping Related >Maintain Crates had a small cosmetic issue in Generate Route Deliver Slips caused by the Generate Crate Estimates button. We made a few adjustments so it's equally as pretty with and without that button.

Resolved with production items assigned to teams not appearing on Product Scheduled report

An issue with the Product Scheduled report would sometimes prevents products from being shown if they were assigned to a team. We've modified the report to prevent this from happening.

Corrected All and Active Filters in Schedule Production

In our last update, we accidentally swapped the All and Active filters for products in the grid. We've put these back to rights so that the filter effect on the grid matches the option you choose

Re-instated missing company logo on Formatted SSO report

The logo on the Formatted SSO report decided to disappear, so we tracked it down and put it back where it belongs.

Corrected customer auto-fill in Sales Orders

Some of the backend changes made to improve performance inadvertently changed how the autofill suggestion was selected when entering the customer name on a sales order. We corrected this so that it always provides the closest match alphabetically again
