This release is packed with little tweaks and some more substantial updates designed to make your daily grind a little smoother and maybe even a little more enjoyable. New and Updated Features
Enhanced Schedule Production's Raw Materials Required Tool for Multiple Facilities
Based on user feedback, we've enhanced the Schedule Production overview (found by clicking on the date in the calendar) for those of you managing multiple facilities. The inventory-related tabs (Ingredients and Packaging Required) now include a column for remote inventory. This lets you see local inventory, shortfalls, and remote inventory levels all in one place, streamlining your transfer and purchasing decisions.
Enhanced Product Recalls to Display Inventory Transfer Request Number for Raw Materials
Raw Materials weren't getting the transparency they deserved in the Product Recalls tool; They'll now be properly identified with the ITR Number and ship date, giving you clearer and more accurate recall information.
Product Tracking Has A New Look!
You can now access both the Product Recalls tool and the Product Traceability tool using their own buttons directly on the Inventory Centre:

Adjusted Nutritional Bundle Inventory Centre Grids
We've made a small but important adjustment to the Inventory Centre. The bottoms of the grids in the Nut Bundle section were running off the form, which made them difficult to read. This has been fixed to ensure everything is displayed correctly.
Bug Fixes
Approval Points Not Available
Some users encountered an issue where Approval Points were not showing up correctly in certain databases, preventing them from completing Approval plan setups. We traced the issue back to an update issue and resolved it. Now, setting up your approval plans should be smooth sailing.
Xero Export Error From XeroMe App Contact Numbers
We've tackled an overflow error that was causing headaches when syncing FlexiBake with Xero. When the sync was reading over contacts in Xero, contacts created by the XeroMe App had a very long Company Number, causing FlexiBake to experience an overflow error. We've beefed up the export process to make it more robust and handle customer data without throwing those pesky overflow errors.
Corrected Waste % Calculation on Schedule Production's Baker's Sheet
A typo in the Waste % calculation for the Schedule Production Baker's Sheet report was giving some folks the wrong numbers. We've fine-tuned the formula to ensure that the Waste % accurately reflects the relationship between gross yield and net yield at the mixing step.
Next Button Moves to Existing Sales Order Instead of New Sales Order
An issue with the Sales Centre grid was causing the Next button in a newly created Sales Order to grab an existing order instead of moving into another new order. This navigation hiccup has been fixed, so the "Next" button behaves as expected and gets you to that clean, new order.
Sales Order Occasionally Crashing During Save
Some users reported experiencing crashes when saving new Sales Orders after viewing existing orders. This was traced to an issue in the Sales Centre grid. We've stabilized the process, and now saving orders in this scenario is crash-free!
Accounting Export - Query Timeout Error
Some users reported receiving a Query Timeout error that was interrupting accounting data exports to QuickBooks IIF. The system is now optimized to handle large numbers of records, and the timeout settings have been adjusted, ensuring smoother and more reliable exports.
Multiple Databases - Navigation Bar Colour Coding Issues
We've made some visual tweaks help make navigating between databases easier and clearer; When you change the database you're accessing using the F12 key, the left navigation bar colour will update accordingly, going white for live database and orange for the secondary database
Inventory Transaction History Detail Throwing Error For Recipes
An error was occurring when trying to view details for Recipes in the Inventory Transaction History Detail. We've cleaned this up so that you can now dive into those recipe details without a hitch.
Sales Order Prompt to Populate SSO Not Appearing Immediately
The prompt to populate Sales Standing Orders (SSO) wasn't always appearing right away after selecting a customer and date. Now, the prompt shows up as it should, saving you an extra click.
Raw Materials Transferred Via ITR Showing 0 Consumed in Product Recalls
The Product Recall tool was misreporting the quantity of raw materials used in production when those materials had been transferred between warehouses using Inventory Transfer Requests (ITR). We've corrected the calculations to accurately reflect raw material consumption in these scenarios.
EDI Export - Specified Credits Use Negative Line Item Qty, Rest Use Positive
"Specified Credits" were using negative line item quantities in EDI exports, while other credit types used positive values. Now, all credits export consistently with positive line item quantities, ensuring cleaner data exchange.
Raw Materials Transferred through ITR Display FB Lot Number
When the preference to display supplier lot numbers was enabled, raw materials transferred via ITR were still showing the FlexiBake lot number in the Close Production Item screen. This has been corrected, so you'll consistently see the supplier lot number as expected.
