Use Export Button on Menu Bar

Please note, if you are exporting through the Cloud Environment, the Export will open in Open Office. If Exporting on Premise you may choose between CSV format, or Excel. see Set Default Export Program for more details.

1. Single click on any item in the grid to select it.
   
   
   
2. On the top Menu Bar click Export.
   
   
   
3. The file will open in the set Default Export Program.
   

If you already have an export file open you will need to have saved (and renamed) or closed that file to be able to complete a new export.
