Raw Materials Not Appearing on the IA Slip

If you are trying to locate a raw material on the IA slip and it is not appearing, it could be because you do not have a supplier attached to that raw material. For Raw Materials to appear on an IA Slip, a Supplier must be connected to the Raw Material Record. Further information may be found in Link a Supplier to a Raw Material.

Before updating any supplier information, make sure you have selected raw material from the 'type' drop down, and selected Take-on.

If you already have the suppliers set up, follow these directions to add a supplier to a raw material:

1. Navigate to the Inventory Center & click to the Raw Materials folder.
   
   
   
2. Select the raw material that you would like to add a supplier too & double click into it.
   
   
   
3. Once you are in the selected raw material, go to the suppliers tab.
   
   
4. Add supplier information to the bottom of the suppliers tab. Once the information is all filled in, click add. If you have more than one supplier, make one a preferred supplier.
   
   
   
5. When you are done adding a supplier make sure to click OK to save the changes you have made. 
   
   
6. Now when you go back to the IA Slip, your raw material should be located on it. Make sure to hit refresh to get the updated data. Note: make sure the type drop down in IA Slip is selected on raw material.
