It is important to consider how label quantities will be determined and printed before proceeding with the steps below.
They will be considered as: (Product Pack Size) divided by (Items per Package) multiplied by (Quantity on Order)

1. Pack Size: Entered in the top left corner of the product profile.
2. Items Per Package: Entered on the Production Tab of the Product in the Packing Details subsection
- On the top Menu Bar click Activities then click Sales Related and then Print Order Labels.
- Select the Delivery Date that you are printing product labels for.
- Optionally, you may select a customer Category or delivery Route from the associated drop downs to filter the orders that will be considered during printing.
- Select the Printer that has been set as the default printer for the label template you will be using.
- Select the Default Label Template. This is the label template that will be used to print product labels.
- Optionally, select a Separator Label Template. This is intended to include a blank label (or separator based on your template) to make it easier to organize printed labels per order.
- If your labels include product prices select the Price tier to use when printing labels from the drop down.
- If your labels include production information such as production dates or best before dates, select the Production Date from the drop down.
- In the top right corner, indicate whether the Default Label Template selected in step 5 is set up to work with a Sheet Printer or Roll Printer. If you have selected Sheet Printer, ensure the Rows and Cols fields match the label setup.
- In the grid at the bottom of the screen, ensure only the orders you want to print labels for have a checkbox. You may click Select None and manually select the orders by clicking the box in the Print column if desired.
- Click Print in the top right corner.
