Add Default Freight / Delivery Charge to a Customer

You may wish to charge Freight / Delivery on every sales order. Within FlexiBake you can set up a default charge that will automatically populate when you're creating a sales order. 

Default Freight / Delivery charges are set on a per-customer basis, so you don't have to worry about this showing up on every customer's sales order!

To set up freight / delivery charges:

1. Navigate to the Sales Centre and select Maintain Customers.
   
   
   
2. Select the desired customer from the list. Double click, or press the Edit button to open the customer profile.
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the Billing Details tab.
   
   
   
4. Within the Freight / Delivery Charge section, enter in the dollar amount you wish to charge. Next, select whether this should apply to All Orders, or Orders Under a certain value. You can then select a tax profile to assign to any freight charges within the Tax Profile drop down.
   
   
   
5. Press OK to save.
