Decimal Rounding Preferences in Flexibake

The Number of Decimals displayed, and the subsequent rounding that applied may be updated and controlled from a few different place in FlexiBake. Quantity and Pricing Decimals are set within the General Tab of FlexiBake Preferences, while Production Reports can be affected by the Production Filter which appears prior to generating a report form the Production Centers' Dropdown.

If you are interested in updating the number of decimals which display, and their rounding follow these steps:

Quantity and Product Pricing Field Decimal Places:

1. Select FlexiBake Preferences, found within the Administration Dropdown.
   Please Note: An Administrator User is required to make these changes, please ask your office manager if you don't see the "Administration" button above.
   
   
2. Find and select the General tab. Within you'll find Number of Decimal places to allow for Product Prices and Number of Decimal places to allow for Quantity Fields... Update the number of decimals to appear by selecting the corresponding number from the dropdown.
   
   Each may have between 0 and 4 decimals places showing which adjusts where the rounding will take place.
   
   
3. After updating your Decimal Places, make sure to save your changes by pressing 'OK'.
   

Production Report Decimal Places:

1. Navigate to the Production Center on the right side of the FlexiBake screen and find the 'Reports: Dropdown'
   
   
   
2. Select a Production Report from the list, and press Preview.
   
   
3. After pressing 'Preview' a new window will appear titled Filter Report. Find Decimal places to display and reflect how many you would like to have appear with the dropdown.
   
   Please Note: Production Reports may only go up to 3 decimal places.
   
   
4. Once your Decimal Places have been defined, ensure you have saved the change by press 'OK' to generate the report. 
   
   The selected decimal places will be saved to the seat / computer for any other reports pulled using this method. FlexiBake will remember the last Decimal Place quantity set.
