Set Base Recipe Sequence for Plan Production Reports

If you produce your doughs in a particular sequence, you can set the sequence that the doughs will reflect on the reports available from the Plan Production screen.

1. Access the top Menu Bar then click Activities then under Production Related click Maintain Recipe Production Sequence...
   
   
2. At the top of the screen check the Only display Base recipes box
   
   
3. Drag the recipes from the left grid to the right grid. The sequence that the recipes are listed in the right Sequenced Recipes column is the sequence the recipes will be reflected on the Plan Production reports.
   
   
4. Click OK to save.

Note that if a dough type recipe is not marked as a base recipe it will be reflected as the top item on the report. You can set this identification as per: Set a Base Recipe

1. Access the Inventory Centre then click the Maintain Recipes button
   
   
2. Find and double click on the associated recipe or click on it once to select it and click Edit at the bottom of the screen
   
   
3. At the top of the screen, click the Base Recipe box.
   
   
4. Click OK in the top right corner to save your changes
