One of FlexiBake's advantages is the number and variety of printable reports and documents. To make life a bit easier and save yourself a step, you can set a default printer for your invoices and statements. You can also follow these steps to update in the case that you've gotten a new printer:
Invoices:
- On the menu bar, click on the Administration drop down, then select FlexiBake Preferences.
- Select the Billing tab.
- At the bottom of the window, select your Printer from the drop-down
- Choose your Paper Size from the drop-down to the right of the printer drop-down then click OK to save your changes.
Statements:
- On the menu bar navigate to the Administration drop down then the Preferences button.
- In the preferences window select the Accounting tab.
- Near the bottom of the screen, select your Printer from the drop-down
- Choose your Paper Size from the drop-down to the right of the printer drop-down, then click OK to save your changes.
There may be times in the program where it prompts you to manually select which printer you will be printing to. Be sure to know your printer's name when making your selection.
